HOW TO PICK THE RIGHT ATTORNEY OR REALTOR!

When meeting with an Attorney or Realtor be aware of the following three occurrences:

I. Does the Attorney or Realtor talk all the time about him or herself, his or her family and other matters that do

not address your situation? You want someone who listens to your situation and your concerns to understand and provide the best advise.

2. Does the Attorney or Realtor tell you what to do or fail to give you options? It is important for you to be able to select what is reasonable option for your situation

3. Does the Attorney or Realtor speak in terms that you understand? Ask questions, don't be afraid to say you don't understand.

Follow these Guidelines and you will have a better experience with working with an Attorney and/or Realtor.
